ImmutableID
This setting is specific for Organisations protecting Office 365 with SecurEnvoy Access Management.
This will be enabled or disabled depending on the source that users have been synchronised from.
Enabling the setting will use the "ObjectGUID" Attribute for source anchoring the user to their Microsoft Office 365 Account. This is required if using Microsoft On-Premise Active Directory.
Disabling the setting will use the "ImmutableID" Attribute for source anchoring the user to their Microsoft Office 365 Account. This is required if using Microsoft Entra ID Directory.
If Organisations experience an "Unknown Error" message when trying to sign into a federated Microsoft Officd 365 Domain with SecurEnvoy Access Management, it's likely that the incorrect source anchoring attribute is being used. Switching this from using the "ObjectGUID" and "ImmutableID" attribute, may fix this.
