Gateways

Access Management provides two forms of gateway services: Email and SMS.

Email​

The email gateway is required for email notifications and email authentication services.
There are two email connection methods for email: SMTP(S), and SendGrid.

SMTP​

For the Email SMTP Gateway configuration, enter details of the SMTP server and the associated email account/credentials.

The SMTP gateway service supports both SMTP and SMTPS (SSL/TLS), as well as SendGrid.

SendGrid​

This configuration requires the use of the Microsoft Graph Restful API cloud services.

Office365

SMS​

Provides the text messaging service for mobile devices utilizing existing infrastructure networks.

SMS Providers

The SMS gateway requires an account with a third party SMS provider unless using the default settings.

There are 5 SMS gateway services/providers to choose from:

  • CM
  • Twilio
  • AQL
  • Link Mobility
  • Amazon AWS SNS
